Colorado Springs, Colo., March 3, 2015 –– CodeBaby, an award-winning provider of interactive virtual assistant technology, will be joining industry leaders at the Private Exchange Forum, March 31 – April 1 in Dallas, Texas. As part of the event, CodeBaby Chief Strategy Officer, Paul Smith will be participating in panel Session 103 titled “Engagement and Decision Support Considerations for Private Exchanges.”

In a 2013 Accenture survey of 2,000 consumers, 87 percent of respondents said that decision support tools were an important feature of a private exchange, and a majority identified them as critical. Private exchanges need to offer highly personalized experiences with data-driven insights that help consumers find the best health plan and voluntary benefits for their lifestyle.

In this session, panelists will discuss how to drive engagement through the right set of decision support tools in a private exchange. Taking place on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 from 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. the discussion also will look at new ways web technologies are engaging consumers using data analytics. The panel includes representatives from CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Benefitfocus, CodeBaby, and an independent insurance broker.

During the two-day event, CodeBaby will also be showcasing its Virtual Assistant & Digital Communications technology in Booth #104.

The Institute for HealthCare Consumerism’s IHC FORUM Conference Series are national events dedicated to health care consumerism.
