Connect for Health Colorado's CTO, Proteus Duxbury, shares insight into their success
CodeBaby is proud to be part of the discussion when it comes to the vision and scalability of Connect for Health Colorado, the state health insurance marketplace.
In a recent interview in HL7 Standards Health, Mr. Duxbury highlights his intent to evolve from a transaction-oriented architecture (which has been quite successful) to a true engagement platform. The engagement platform includes CodeBaby's intelligent virtual assistant, Kyla, who was rolled out for the 2014 enrollment period as an introduction to the site and the enrollment process, with plans to integrate her further to better assist people in making well-informed, confident choices in their healthcare insurance.
"We hope to integrate this [CodeBaby] further into our key, core portal marketplace screens and into our streamlined eligibility application," says Mr. Duxbury.
