Industry veteran Dennis McGuire to take over as company lead
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – (August 12, 2011) – After an aggressive search, CodeBaby today announced that Dennis McGuire is stepping in as CEO, effective immediately. McGuire replaces Patrick Bultema who parted ways with the company in June and takes over duties from CodeBaby COO/CTO Matt Filios and Tony DeLollis who have been serving as interim co-CEOs .

McGuire possesses nearly 20 years of experience developing innovative solutions for marketing, sales and customer care organizations across multiple industries. Prior to joining CodeBaby, he served as vice president of Star B2B, a start-up venture within the Omnicom family of agencies where he was responsible for strategy development and operational execution. McGuire also served as executive vice president for Protocol Marketing where he headed up the company’s B2B agency services group. McGuire was a founding partner and president of Saligent, which was acquired by Protocol Marketing in 2000.
