Industry veteran Dennis McGuire to take over as company lead

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – (August 12, 2011) – After an aggressive search, CodeBaby today announced that Dennis McGuire is stepping in as CEO, effective immediately. McGuire replaces Patrick Bultema who parted ways with the company in June and takes over duties from CodeBaby COO/CTO Matt Filios and Tony DeLollis who have been serving as interim co-CEOs .

“I am excited to work in a progressive environment that serves as a visionary voice in digital customer engagement,” stated McGuire. “My previous experience with CodeBaby has enabled me to become very familiar with the brand and its mission. So my immediate goal will be to continue building on the things we do best, delivering top-of-the-line products and services that enable online engagement and ultimately conversion. It is also my charge to refine our focus on enterprise growth opportunities, ensuring we are equipped to become a strategic partner to our clients across the digital landscape. My thanks goes to Matt and Tony for their amazing stewardship of this great company which has allowed me to come in and really hit the ground running to meet those goals.”

McGuire possesses nearly 20 years of experience developing innovative solutions for marketing, sales and customer care organizations across multiple industries. Prior to joining CodeBaby, he served as vice president of Star B2B, a start-up venture within the Omnicom family of agencies where he was responsible for strategy development and operational execution.
