CodeBaby to Take Learning Solutions’ Stage & Deliver Presentation with Toys “R” Us

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – February 28, 2013 – CodeBaby, a leading provider of an award-winning 3D animated character eLearning software suite and custom character services, is pleased to announce it will co-present  at Learning Solutions 2013  in Orlando, FL with its customer Toys “R” Us.

Additionally, CodeBaby will exhibit during the conference at booth number #110 and it will be staffed with its executive sales team to demonstrate and introduce show attendees to its solution CodeBaby Studio.

Together, CodeBaby & Toys “R” Us’ will present “Strategies for Rapidly Training a Highly Diverse Workforce” which is slated for Wednesday, March 13, 2013 2:30-3:30 PM ET.  CodeBaby’s eLearning Sales Manager Elizabeth Miller will be joined by Sheri Israel, Toys “R” Us Manager of Store Training, and Erin Lyle, Toys “R” Us Director of Stores Learning and Development.

The presentation will address how Toys “R” Us uses a blended learning approach that connects with learners at the store-team-member level. It will discuss the creative uses of available software, as well as the incorporation of fun and humor into training materials.

Additionally the program will discuss:

  • Techniques for engaging learners of all ages, tenure, and experience levels
  • The benefits of creating relatable training from the learner’s point of view
  • Creative uses and approaches in developing training content for multiple delivery methods
